petr_gzh,
Sorry, translit sucks, hence a quick response in English.
The fastest way to verify a new technology is to engage with external experts for a development of a quick demo. It will take longer and more money to get internal R&D (or hired contractors - you still need to manage them) delivering the same result as they need to learn new things and verify their results. And yet there will be a risk element to it anyway. I am looking for getting a realistic measure of performance from specific types of neural networks, which have been announced last year. If I have a demo (not a product) without actually defining every bit of specifications, I could decide which scenario suits the product development requirements. This is where the savings are coming from. Believe me, it works very well and all major high-tech companies are using it for managing disruptive innovation.
