The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has announced the following decision:
Match: UEFA Europa League, Round of 16, second leg between FC Dynamo Kyiv and Everton FC (5-2) played in Ukraine on 19 March.
Charges against FC Dynamo Kyiv: Racist behaviour – Art. 14 of UEFA Disciplinary Regulations; Setting off of fireworks – Art. 16 (2)(coffee) DR; Insufficient organisation (stairways blocked) – Art. 38 of UEFA Safety & Security Regulations
Decision: The CEDB has ordered the partial closure of the NSK Olimpiyskyi stadium during the next UEFA competition match which FC Dynamo Kyiv would play as the host club, and in particular, Blocks 43 and 45 of the stadium. Consequently, this decision applies to the first leg of the quarter-final against ACF Fiorentina, to be played in Kyiv on 16 April. The Ukrainian club have also been fined €15,000 for the setting off of fireworks and the insufficient organisation.
