Disciplinary proceedings have been opened following the UEFA Europa League, Round of 16, second-leg between FC Dynamo Kyiv and Everton FC (5-2) played on 19 March in Ukraine.
Charges against FC Dynamo Kyiv: Racist behaviour – Art. 14 of UEFA Disciplinary Regulations; Setting off of fireworks – Art. 16 (2)(c) DR; Insufficient organization (stairways blocked) – Art. 38 of UEFA Safety & Security Regulations
The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 26 March.
